We show every active MLS® listing within 1.5 km of each school — covering Calgary Board of Education (CBE) public, Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD), Conseil scolaire FrancoSud, Conseil scolaire Centre-Nord, and independent schools.
A note on catchments: 1.5 km is a useful proximity proxy, but it isn't a guaranteed enrollment boundary. CBE and CCSD designate catchment areas separately, and those areas can change between school years. If catchment matters for your offer, confirm directly with the school or board before writing.
